How to make Frankston a better place
Frankston has the potential to be a beautiful city. With a few changes Frankston could be looking at a much brighter future.
Making changes to Frankston's train line and station would be a good start. Re-instating conductors would make people travelling on the trains feel safer.
Conductors can stop people from graffitiing, littering, and people being loud and disruptive.
Graffiti is a big problem in Frankston. Making a legal graffiti wall could be a positive thing. People would graffiti there, where they wouldn't be fined. Not everybody would be pleased with graffitiing there, so police or security guards would be a good way to go as well as having them watching the streets at all times. They would also stop other crimes that regular people see happening every day, like fights or drug-dealing.
Every day hundreds of students stop at Frankston on their way to and from school. Having loose change in their pockets from purchasing bus tickets, it is hard for them to resist the temptation of buying unhealthy chips or potato cakes for a low price. This would have to contribute to the growing problem of obesity in the community. So, having healthier, convenient food shops located near the station and bus stops would encourage healthy eating.
There are plenty of people in Frankston in need of support. The way to help out the community is to make a shelter for people who are homeless in Frankston. The homeless would have a place to shelter and other people would be happier to walk the streets of Frankston without being asked for money.
Frankston is usually a cheerful place but at night it becomes a deserted waste land. Building apartments in
Frankston city centre could make people respect Frankston more because it would be their backyard and they wouldn't want it ruined.
Most people consider Frankston to be a beautiful place. With a few adjustments everyone could believe this.
