How to make Frankston a better place
At the moment, Frankston doesn't seem to be at its best. They should remove all the graffiti and get the council to put up legal walls so it actually looks like art. It's known to have a bad reputation due to al the graffiti and drug use. They should make buses run more often instead of every 45 minutes. Some of the main attractions in Frankston would be the train station, beach, cinemas, performing arts centre, shopping centre and many more.
The train station is one of the most popular places in Frankston. It is also the last stop of the train line. Graffiti is on the trains, and young people don't respect it the way they should. If we were to make the rules stronger, then I think that they would obey them and show a little but more respect towards the community.
Frankston beach is well known and is very popular in the summer. It's a great place to relax, but the violence there can get a little out of hand. Certain times should be set to when you can be on the beach to avoid people getting hurt.
Frankston should improve the clothes shops or have a direct factory outlet, because a lot of the younger kids are getting to the stage where they want to wear the clothes that the popular, older people are wearing. DFO has all the new clothes and a lot of variety which will satisfy a lot of the people both young and old. They should get rid of the $2 shops and put in more cafes or healthy food stores, so it gives a good impression of Frankston.
To have more people visit Frankston, you could possibly put in a few more entertainment facilities. Tourists could come and see different sites if we were to put them in. I think Frankston is a great place to go to, but minor changes can defintely be made to make it a safer environment.
