How to make Frankston a better place

The Heart of Frankston.

The Frankston city centre needs to be changed, it may cost a fair bit of money but this is my opinion. Frankston needs more apartments like a high rise apartment that will over look Frankston beach. Down on the beach near the pier there should be a full length basketball court with lights and a grand stand. Near the Frankston station it needs to be cleaned up a bit like all the graffiti off all the walls and all around the station should be repainted so it doesn't look so ratty. The Frankston skate park is good but I think just behind it where its all open grass they should put dirt jumps there for the BMX'S, In Frankston there should be an indoor skate park, but make it free so that people actually use it.

There is so much graffiti in Frankston and if you want to help stop that we need a legal graffiti wall for anyone to use. Frankston station should get good street artist to graffiti all along the station walls where the buses stop, the good graffiti not the ratty writing. In Frankston shopping centre we should get more shops like a foot locker and an adidas shop and just more shops in general, we should get rid of some of the $2 shops because there is heaps and we don't need that many. Frankston should get more restaurants, a tall skyscraper with a restaurant on the top looking over the beach and Frankston city. In and around Frankston there should be steal sculptures and all threw the shopping centre there should be art work from the art centre or that people have just donated.
