How to make Frankston a better place

To whom it may concern

I believe Bayside and Frankston in general needs to be more appealing by cleaning the place get more lighting and get rid of all the smokers just hanging around right in front of stores blowing smoke in peoples faces. I also think if people take a train to Frankston they get to its station and they already think bad of the place the station looks like a dump graffiti everywhere weeds growing out of the concrete. A thing I've noticed while walking down the streets of Frankston is that there is not enough pedestrian crossings which is dangerous at parts were there defiantly should be one there's not so people have to run across the street which is dangerous especially for the elderly who can not cross as quickly I think we need more pedestrian lights it would be much safer for Frankston citizens. I don't understand why there is graffiti everywhere when they find people that do it make them clean up graffiti even if its not theirs make them clean it up it will make a better warning to everyone. Anyway thank you to whoever is reading for taking your time to well read this I don't really have anything else to say except that Frankston is getting better and its good to see that but we just need to be a little more persistent on making it a wonderful place.
