Frankston Safe Boat Harbour Facility - Central Harbour
Frankston City is moving ahead with plans for a multi-million dollar public safe boat harbour facility at Olivers Hill. Port Phillip for a long time has had a chronic shortage of safe boat harbours. The Central Harbour facility would provide a premium location on the mid-point of the eastern seaboard of Port Phillip for such a facility. It would offer a comfortable half-day trip and vital tourism destination point from Docklands, Geelong and Sorrento, for the people of Melbourne.
