Designed by international award winning architects Denton Corker Marshall, for a multi storey mixed use development comprising 14 levels and 89 residential apartments, café and residents only health club at ground level, and associated basement car parking.

The apartments adopt a contemporary form with a key design philosophy to incorporate a 'floating' element above the ground level podium in response to the heritage buildings, whilst the levels above are designed to maximize premium views towards the bay and central Melbourne city skyline to the north west and views towards the bay and Port Phillip Heads to the south west.

All apartments are finished with integrated appliances; touch screen control for lighting, air conditioning, heating and audio visual, as well as floor to ceiling porcelain tiles.
