The Seaford Life Saving Club is a new building that has won numerous awards for its unique design, including the World Architecture News (WAN) Award for the Best Civic Building. Sofia Restaurant
Located next to the bustling Frankston Waterfront and pier, Sofia offers affordable family dining both night and day. The Frankston Waterfront is home to Sand Sculpting Australia from December to April, which has attracted more the 350,000 people in its first four years, the Frankston Waterfront Regional Playground and the annual Frankston Waterfront Festival in January.

On the first floor of the redeveloped Frankston Life Saving Club, Waves on the Beach features stunning views and quality dining both day and night. The Frankston Life Saving Club is situated at the end of Wells Street on Long Island, which is currently being reinvigorated with new plantings and landscaping.

Frankston Yacht Club
Council is currently designing the redevelopment of the Frankston Yacht Club, which is expected to feature a quality dining restaurant on one of the upper floors. More announcements are expected in the summer of 2011/12.
