| We are the Customer Relations Team, the first point of call for the majority of Council phone enquiries and over the counter enquiries. Governance provides support for Council meetings, manages the affairs of the Frankston cemetery trust, conducts Citizenship ceremonies and land portfolio as well as administering Council's insurance portfolio, risk management framework and strategy. |
- Customer Relations receives up to 150,000 calls and processes up to 160,000 payments per annum
- Governance co-ordinates 420 naturalisations,
50 burials and
30 internments

- Compilation of approximately 30 Council meeting agendas and minutes per year

| We help to put Frankston on the map in a positive way - we use the media, create innovative marketing campaigns, put on major events, recommend some great attractions and work with tourism bodies to build a positive image of Frankston to residents and visitors alike. We are also a service unit assisting Council's business units with marketing and media requirements. |

- Over 100 event applications/film permits are facilitated annually
