Internal Ombudsman

The Internal ombudsman at Frankston City Council only deals with customer concerns that cannot be resolved by Officers, Managers, General Managers or the Chief Executive Officer. All of these avenues must be taken before going to the Ombudsman.

A request to the Internal Ombudsman must be in writing and on the appropriate form which you can download from below.
