Fees and Payment Options

Aged Services' Home and Community Care clients are invoiced on a four-weekly basis for HACC services received.

Fees

Fees are negotiated at the time of an initial assessment and are determined in accordance with the current Victorian Home and Community Care (HACC) Program Fees Policy. The fee set is dependent on income and an individual's ability to pay for the service.

Payment Options

Clients may pay by:

  • In person by cheque, cash or credit card at Council customer service outlets
  • Direct debit on 1300 721 138 - phone (03) 9784 1848 for details
  • Centrepay - ask your assessment officer or team leader for details
  • Credit card over the phone 
  • BPAY over the phone or internet
  • Posting cheques to:
