Arts and Ideas

Frankston City's Arts and Cultural Development Unit is located within the Council's Urban Strategy Department and manages a range of programs designed to engage the general public, artists, students and arts and community organizations. The program contributes to Council's aim to create a city that is '�vibrant and exciting, that showcases our natural assets, rich history, heritage a diverse culture where people thrive, and everyone is active and healthy.
