SPLASH Card

Splash Card is Frankston City Council's student discount card scheme.

The scheme has engaged over 50 businesses in Frankston's city centre. These businesses are providing a range of discounts and special offers to card holders.

The Splash Card provides an incentive for students to shop at street side businesses in the Frankston city centre. Whilst providing student incentives, the scheme also gives valuable marketing support to independent traders.

The cards will be distributed to 15,000 Chisholm Institute of TAFE students at the Frankston campus. Another 5,000 will be made available to secondary and Monash students through the Splash Web Site www.splashcard.com.au.
