Seaford Shopping Centres

Located in the North of Frankston City, Seaford has two major shopping strips located on major arterials - Belvedere Shopping Centre and Seaford Village, as well as two smaller, local strips. Seaford Village is located on Nepean Highway and is the first strip shopping centre you encounter when entering Frankston City from the north.
