Secret Shopper Program

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions - you could benefit from participating in the Frankston's Secret Shopper Program.

The Secret Shopper Program provides free, impartial advice on your business' appearance, customer service, cleanliness, friendliness and speed of service.

As a participating business you will receive a report that provides you with comprehensive feedback on how your business excels or areas where your business needs improvement.

Your business is benchmarked against other similar businesses throughout Australia - so you can quickly see how your business compares to your competitors.

Businesses that have already participated in the program have found it is an excellent tool to help tailor training for staff.

If your business achieves a rating of more than 85% in two consecutive Secret Shopper reports, it will be recognised and promoted as a "GOLD STAR BUSINESS".

The Secret Shopper Program is provided at no cost to businesses by the Economic Development team of Frankston City, and links in with many other services that we provide - including the Winning Business Tips cards - which provide easy to use tips on how to improve the presentation and customer service of your business.
