The Local Government Act and Regulations require Council to make available for public inspection a range of documents. Members of the public may inspect:
- Details of allowances for the Mayor and Councillors
- Gross salaries, allowances and other benefits for Senior Officers
- Details of overseas and certain interstate travel by Councillors and Officers in the previous 12 months
- List of names of Officers required to submit annual returns of interest
- List of names of Councillors who submitted returns of interest during financial year
- Register of interests of Councillors, Members of Special Committees and Senior Officers
- Agendas and Minutes of Council meetings and meetings of Special Committees, except if minutes relate to parts of meetings closed to the public
- List of all Special Committees established by Council and purpose for which each Committee was established
- List of all Special Committees which were abolished or ceased to function during the financial year
- Register of Delegations to Special Committees and Staff
- Record of an assembly of Councillors
- Submissions received under Section 223 of the Local Government Act during the previous 12 months
- Register of leases
- Register of Authorised Officers under Section 224 of the Local Government Act
- List of donations and grants made by Council during the financial year
- List of Organisations of which Council was a member during the financial year and details of membership fees and other amounts and services provided to each organisation
- List of certain contracts entered into during the financial year
- Annual Report
- Auditor's Report
- Code of Conduct for Councillors
- Election campaign donation
