Frankston City Council's School Age Care Programs provide quality care and recreational Programs for primary school aged children, which are accessible, flexible and responsive to the needs of families.

Transport to and from Care
Transport to and from some venues will require bus travel provided by us. Please review our Bus Behaviour Guidelines.
Cost
All of our services are registered with Centrelink to assist parents in the possibility of reducing the total Cost for school aged care.
- Casual bookings can be done up to 7 day's in advance. The Casual booking administration fee is $15 for the year.
Commonwealth Childcare Benefit/Rebate
The Commonwealth Childcare Benefit/Rebate is available to eligible families. To apply conact the Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50.
Cost of care:
- $22.00 - Permanent booking
- $23.00 - Casual booking
How to pay Fees?
Fees for Before and After School care must be paid in advance at all times. Statements will be issued fortnightly and can be paid via one of the following options:
- To the supervisor at the program
- At any of Frankston City Council's customer service outlets
- By using BPAY in which details are located on statemenets
Please Note - Fees are payable for Public Holiday closure periods for all permanent bookings.
Cancellations
Two weeks notice is required for Cancellations and parents must complete the booking alteration/cancellation form or write a letter.
Sunsmart
Parents are required to provide a legionaries or wide brimmed hat. If no hat is provided, the children will play in the shaded areas. Children are encouraged to dress accordingly throughout the varying seasons of a year.
All Programs supply SPF 30+ sunscreen.
