Frankston City Council's Vacation Care Programs provide quality care and recreational Programs for primary school aged children.
This form needs to be completed prior to commencing within a Frankston City Council School Age Child Care Program for the 2012 school year. For individual programs a booking form must be completed.

Cost
All of our services are registered with Centrelink to assist parents in the possibility of reducing the total Cost for school aged care. Each service is issued with a Code from Centrelink which assists them in identifying which service your child/ren attend.
- Daily Fee without Excursions $50.00
- Daily Fee with Excursions $65.00
- There is a $20.00 late booking fee for Vacation Care
- In the event of failure to collect your child/ren by 6.30 pm: a fee of $30 will be charged for every 15 minutes after 6:30pm(or part thereof)
Commonwealth Childcare Benefit/Rebate
The Commonwealth Childcare Benefit/Rebate is available to eligible families. To apply contact the Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50.
How to pay Fees?
Fees for School Holiday Care must be paid in advance and prior to attendance at all times. Payments can be made at any of the Customer Service outlets, Credit card payments or by using BPAY.
Cancellations
Daily fees and excursion charges are not refundable or transferable and cannot be cancelled once the Booking form has been received by Council.
Sunsmart
Parents are required to provide a legionaries or wide brimmed hat. If no hat is provided, the children will play in the shaded areas. Children are encouraged to dress accordingly throughout the varying seasons of a year.
All Programs supply SPF 30+ sunscreen.
