Since the Lord Mayor's Chariable Fund was first introduced in 1923, more then $55 million has been distributed to charities.

Council's vision is to grow the Frankston Community Fund so, that over time, it will provide a life-long source of income for charitable organisations and groups and gives additional assistance so they may continue their vital work in helping the people of the Frankston City municipality.

Income from the fund will be distributed (in time) through a community grants process and to organisations/groups with a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR status).

All donations and bequests to the Frankston Community Fund of $2 or more are tax deductible.
