Free foreshore car parking permits for residents

Councillors decided at the 4 July 2011 Ordinary Meeting to implement pay and display car parking along the Frankston and Seaford foreshores, in line with other municipalities along the bay.

The new parking arrangement will be applicable from the 1 November 2011.

If you are a residential ratepayer in Frankston, you will receive two complimentary foreshore parking permits which will entitle you to park at nominated foreshore locations across the Frankston City municipality without payment of a fee.

Residents will be able to apply for one additional permit free of charge (Conditions Apply) for an additional vehicle registered to your property by writing to:

The Local Laws Co-ordinator
PO Box 490
FRANKSTON 3199

Any additional permits above the entitled three free permits or replacement permits will cost $60 each.
