Active Frankston
Just 30 minutes of activity a day can reduce the risk of many serious illnesses, improve your physical, mental
and emotional wellbeing and your quality of life.
- Being active doesn't just mean playing sport - being active means having an active body and mind
- Choose activities you enjoy; try some gardening, walk the dog, do a puzzle, get together with friends, join a community group, visit a local park, play a board game
- Be active as often as you can while at work, at home or when travelling
- Aim to build up to 30 minutes of activity every day
