Occupancy Permit ApplicationObtaining an Occupancy Permit relating to a Building Permit Application where Frankston City Council is the Municipal Building Surveyor.
Property Ownership Details RequestObtaining adjoining property owner details relating to building regulatory matters. I.e. Report and Consent, Protection Works notices.

- Domestic buildings
Building Permit Applications to Frankston City Council where the cost of the building work is less than $12,000 or where an Owner Builder Certificate from the Building Commission is not required.

Building Permit Applications to Frankston City Council where the cost of the building work is less than $12,000 or where an Owner Builder Certificate from the Building Commission is not required.
Bore Log profileBuilding Permit Application when lodged with Frankston City Council, where the Municipal Building Surveyor has advised that a borelog profile is suitable in lieu of a Geotechnical Report. This form is typically applicable to small structures. i.e. front fences, small verandahs or pergola's and/ore other light weight structures.
Precaution Work FormBuilding Permit Application where lodged with Frankston City Council, where the works may event the adjoining property owners in a minimal fashion.
