The following application/forms are applicable to the Building Department:

Report and Consent Application - Siting matters	Report and Consent for siting matters on allotments greater than 300 square meters.

Occupancy Permit Application	Obtaining an Occupancy Permit relating to a Building Permit Application where Frankston City Council is the Municipal Building Surveyor.
Property Ownership Details Request	Obtaining adjoining property owner details relating to building regulatory matters. I.e. Report and Consent, Protection Works notices.
Owner Builder Acknowledgement Form - Domestic buildings	Building Permit Applications to Frankston City Council where the cost of the building work is less than $12,000 or where an Owner Builder Certificate from the Building Commission is not required.
Owner Builder Acknowledgement - Commercial buildings	Building Permit Applications to Frankston City Council where the cost of the building work is less than $12,000 or where an Owner Builder Certificate from the Building Commission is not required.
Bore Log profile	Building Permit Application when lodged with Frankston City Council, where the Municipal Building Surveyor has advised that a borelog profile is suitable in lieu of a Geotechnical Report. This form is typically applicable to small structures. i.e. front fences, small verandahs or pergola's and/ore other light weight structures.
Precaution Work Form	Building Permit Application where lodged with Frankston City Council, where the works may event the adjoining property owners in a minimal fashion.
Example Plan for a Carport	An example plan showing the minimum quality of plans that are expected to be submitted with a Building Permit application.
