Frankston City Council has a team of Building Surveyors, Building Inspectors and an Administration Staff that are happy to help out with any building regulatory matter, from the issuing of Building Permits, conceptual building advice to property information requests.
Frankston City Council provides extensive services on all classes of buildings within the Frankston Municipal boundaries. With many years of experience, Frankston's staff offer a flexible and affordable approach to many facets of buildings construction and design.
Having successfully completed jobs on both a major and minor scale, council staff have the understanding in all aspects of building certification, design consultation, mandatory inspections, etc to assist with any of your requests in a timely, effective and diligent manner.
We are committed to providing precise and timely advice throughout the entire building process, from conceptual design to final completion. Frankston's staff have established company polices that aim to be flexible, informative and performance orientated to ensure that our clients receive a first-rate service.
