Form	Description
Application for a Planning Permit	This form is used to apply for a Town Planning Permit. A fee and other additional documentation is also required.
Application to Amend a Planning Permit	This form is used to amend a Town Planning Permit.
Application to amend an application for planning permit	This form is used to amend a current application for a Planning Permit. Please note that this form is to be used only when a Permit has NOT been issued.
Application to amend planning permit under secondary consent	This form is used to amend a current Planning Permit for minor amendments. If you are unsure if your changes are minor please contact the Town Planning Department for confirmation on 9784 1733.

Planning Information Request Form	This form is used to obtain Planning information for a specific property.
