What is the planning scheme and controls? - The Frankston Planning Scheme is a document, which sets out controls that apply to land in the municipality.
Do I need a planning permit? - To establish if you need a planning permit to use and/or develop your land, please contact the Town Planning Department.

Pre-application meetings can be organised by contacting Town Planning and leaving your contact details and information regarding your proposal and site address. The next available Planner will contact you to organise a meeting time that is suitable for both parties. Please ensure that you have all relevant documents and plans for this meeting.
