Universal Access to Early Childhood Education

The Universal Access to Early Childhood Education project was an initiative supported by the Victorian State Government with funding received from the Australian Federal Government. The purpose of this project was to improve access and participation to kindergaretn for children experiencing disadvantage. Frankston City Council worked on the project in partnership with the City of Greater Dandenong and Department of Education and Early Childhood Development(Southern Region).

Early years Conference 2009

The Annual Early Years Conference is to be held Saturday 14th March at the Frankston Arts Centre. Registrations are now being taken.  Information flyer and Registration form below.

This conference is sponsored by Frankston City Council, Mornington Peninsula Shire and Communities for Children, and is relevant to early years professionals working with children from newborn to eight years old.
