Frankston City Council's Environmental Health Office responds to many and varied issues from the community. These range from:
- residential noise
- odours from accumulated putrescible rubbish;
- smoke from residential properties;
- stormwater or waste water from a neighbouring property, and
- derelict abandoned housing.
To ensure prompt action, it is preferable that residents submit issues in writing identifying the location of the nuisance to better assist investigating officers to address each issue.
