Permits

Council Local Laws Officers are authorised under  Local Law No. 7 - General  to issue permits. 

Permits may be issued subject to certain conditions being met, and often include a fee.

Some of the types of permits that may be issued are listed below: 

• Permit for Kerbside Trading Permit Application Form
• Permit to place bulk bins  (skip bins)
• Permit to occupy roads  for work
• Permit to place temporary signs 
• Permit to erect hoardings  / barriers
• Collections on roads
• Permits for parking in specially designated areas
• Permit for burning (Residential  and Commercial )
• Permit to keep Application Excess Animal Permit updated September 2009
