With the commitment by Victoria Police of 35 new police officers to Frankston by June 30, and a promise of a similar number to follow in the 2011-2012 financial year, Frankston City Council has resolved to cease the City Safe Officer trial this weekend Saturday 26 February 2011 at the conclusion of the six month trial.
