Expressions of Interest:
Frankston Regional Aquatic Centre Construction

Expressions of Interest are being sought to identify suitable builders for the Frankston Regional Aquatic Centre at Samuel Sherlock Reserve, Frankston. The project has an estimated build cost of $35-$40 million and involves a 8,400m2 building housing a 50m lap pool, learn-to-swim, children's leisure pools and water play features, water slides, gym and ancillary facilities. External works include parking for approximately 220 cars and landscaping of the Reserve. The successful builder will be engaged under a Novated Design and Construct form of Contract.

Expressions will close 2:00pm on 18 May 2012 at the office of Coffey Projects, Level 7 , 1 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank, Victoria 3006.

The process will shortlist respondents to be invited to tender.
