Men with Spirit: Men Helping Men Grow

Men with Spirit men’s groups are a supportive and safe place for men to learn to express openly and make real connections with other men.

We believe when men are open to understand how their beliefs have prevented them from fully expressing who they truly are, they are ready to experience greater harmony, contentment and love in their lives.

One of a number of similar men’s groups, the Frankston group meets weekly on Monday nights, at SNB Healing Hub, 52 Kars St, Frankston. Numbers are limited, so pre-registration is required; details via our Facebook page.

Other support activities are available via the group.

We also host a regular radio show & podcast on internet-based, community radio station, Radio Carrum. We explore a wide range of topics of interest to men, and those who want to see their men grow. Around 60 one-hour shows broadcast to date.
