Cycling without Age offers an opportunity to volunteer and keep fit .
Cycling without age is a not for profit charity that provides a community service to those that are no longer able to ride for themselves with free rides on the trishaw e-bike piloted by volunteer cyclists.
CWA are currently raising funds to purchase another tiishaw and a trailer to enable them to get around to those that are housebound and hopefully extend their services along the peninsula.
Volunteer Pilots are offered training, health and safety training and are welcome to commit as many or as few hours as they can, whether it’s a small or large amount of time.
To donate funds or volunteer to become a pilot or enquire about a ride – email cwawesternport@gmail.com or visit www.cyclingwithoutage.org.au

They have been operating in Victoria since 1995 and has since grown to cover 5 regions across the state. They are a community operated not-for-profit with the motto ‘We Fish, We Care’. Bring joy and happiness to older Australians.
Whether it be a cup of tea and a chat, or the sharing of a story or two, the good work of the volunteers keeps older Australians well connected.
Red Cross volunteers are everyday people, who deliver more than simply essential services, as social connection is what keeps everyone, volunteers and older Australians alike, in good company.
By volunteering with the Red Cross, you'll find flexibility, a supportive team, and opportunities for personal growth and development. You’ll gain valuable experience in connecting with others, while sharing your skills and gaining new ones as you meet a broad range of people with a lifetime of stories to tell.
