Safer Communities Strategy 2023

The Safer Community Strategy 2023 provides Frankston City Council with the strategic direction for how we will work with our community and partners over the next ten years to create a safe, fair and inclusive municipality where people feel safe, well connected and empowered to participate in community life.

The strategy identifies our strategic priorities and key strategies to guide Council and its partners in taking collaborative approaches towards four long-term outcomes:

  • Community strength and connection
  • Healthy and safe behaviours
  • Well planned and liveable communities
  • Collaboration, innovation and empowerment

The implementation of this strategy will support the facilitation of strategic partnerships and enable more integrated and innovative approaches to community safety and crime prevention.
