Apply for a ratepayer Foreshore parking permit

The new blue permits were posted out to existing ratepayers with their annual rates notice. These permits are valid until 30 September 2026.

Ratepayers who elected to have their Rates notice sent by email will receive their new permits in the last half of September 2024.

Residential ratepayers within Frankston City are eligible for foreshore parking permits. Eligible residents are entitled to 2 free permits per property and can purchase up to 3 additional permits per property (up to a maximum of 5).

If you are a new ratepayer and would not have received your rates notice in late August 2024, then you will need to apply for your free permits via this page.
