Apply for a tenant Foreshore parking permit

If you are a tenant within Frankston City you may be eligible for a foreshore parking permit. Eligible tenants are entitled to one free permit per person, up to 2 per property.

These permits expire on 30 September each year. 

You will need to submit a new application to renew your permit each year.

Step 1.Prepare your application

Your application must include:

  • copy of photo identification showing your name and current address within the Frankston municipality e.g. driver's license
  • evidence of residency, such as copy of:
    • utility bill (not a mobile phone)
    • current residential lease agreement.
  • your car registration number.

Please note that permits are valid for cars only. Boats, buses, trailers, trucks, caravans or motorcycles are not considered applicable vehicles.
