Would you like to meet with your local Ward Councillor to discuss a specific issue relating to your ward or the wider Frankston area?

Meet your Ward Councillor meetings provide an opportunity for you to meet directly with your local Ward Councillor on specific ward or municipal issues relating to council, within the functions and duties of their role as a Councillor.

These will be held at scheduled times throughout the year and at designated locations.

If you would like to meet with your Ward Councillor, complete the below form.

Please note: the CEO will review all application forms prior to appointments being scheduled. Pending the topic, additional officers may be present.

If your topic is relating to State and Federal Government responsibilities or matters beyond the powers of Council, you may be referred to your relevant Member of Parliament.

The Councillors office will be in contact, normally within three working days of receipt of form, to commence arrangements for your meeting time.
