Update on Lloyd Group

Council officers continue to work through the situation with the Lloyd Group Voluntary Administration process and our four affected projects:

  • Healthy Futures Hub
  • Jubilee Park Pavilion
  • Lloyd Park Senior Pavilion
  • Eric Bell Pavilion

Council has terminated all contracts with Lloyd Group, and its officers are currently meeting with sub-contractors and builders.

Additionally, Council has taken significant steps to empower the CEO, and the organisation, to resolve outstanding matters quickly.

Council understands the community is concerned and looking for information about these projects. We will continue to provide updates to all stakeholders. The current situation with each site is detailed below:

Healthy Futures Hub

Officers are working with the sub-contractors for the final works - security, heating/cooling/ventilation and the pool.

Jubilee Park

Council is looking at managing this project to completion with the sub-contractors.

Lloyd Park Senior Pavilion and Eric Bell Pavilion

After completing the Expression of Interest process, Council has formally released the Lloyd Park and Eric Bell projects to a select builder's market for pricing.
