Frankston City Council today announces Olivers Hill Boat Ramp will now be home to three unique mobile food and beverage operators – Mercetta, Little Olly’s and Cripps Fish & Chips.

This decision follows a highly engaging and collaborative meeting with all three operators, the CEO and Mayor of Frankston City Council, who have all committed to working together to bring an expanded offering to our community.

Mercetta, the successful applicant of the recent Expression of Interest process, is fully supportive of this initiative.

Frankston City Council has also confirmed no boat parking will be lost as part of these changes.

Cripps Fish & Chips will return on 12 October; Little Olly’s will remain in their current spot; Mercetta will commence by December.

Mercetta, Little Olly’s, Cripps Fish & Chips and Frankston City Council thank the community for their enthusiasm, great interest and patience while we worked through the issues this week.
