Your pet registration must be renewed each year by 10 April. If your pet is already registered with Frankston City Council, we will send you a reminder letter in March.
Please update your pet registration details if you move houses within the municipality
You must register your pet if you are:
- transferring your pet registration from another Council
- registering your pet with Council for the first time after purchase or adoption.
If you do not register your pet, you may be fined.
If you have more than 2 dogs and/or 2 cats, you must also apply for an Excess Animal and Birds Permit
