Apply for a Payment Plan

If you're experiencing financial difficulty or don't believe you will be able to make your upcoming rates payment by the required due date, you can apply for an Payment Plan.

You can start making your payment(s) as scheduled in your Payment Plan application before receiving approval from Council. 

 

Online

Step 1.Prepare your application

To submit your application online you will need the following: 

  • your rates assessment number (can be found on your rates and valuations notice)  
  • property address  
  • your name and contact details  
  • your date of birth  
  • payment details    

Step 2.Submit your application

Step 3.What happens next?

You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted. Please start making payment(s) as nominated on your Payment Plan application.

We will review your application and make a decision within 14 business days. 

If approved, we will send you a payment schedule with due dates (please start making your payments on the date you chose in your application).
