What is the municipal charge?
The municipal charge for 2024-2025 is $182.75. This is used to cover rates management costs such as:
- administrative costs
- paper handling
- reminder notices
- supplementary valuation notices.
All property owners pay the same fee regardless of their individual property valuations.
