If your bin is lost or stolen, you can request a replacement online.

Before reporting a lost or stolen bin, please check your rates notice to know what waste services are assigned to your property.

If you are unable to report a missing bin online, call us on 1300 322 322 to organise a replacement bin.

Replacement bins are normally delivered within 5 business days.
