Request ownership details for fencing purposes

If you are planning to build or repair a dividing fence, you may need to contact your neighbours to let them know.

If you’re unable to locate the owner, you can request ownership details for the purpose of giving a fencing notice.

If the adjoining property is affiliated with an owner’s corporation, you will need to contact the corporation directly. Their details should be displayed outside of the property, on a letterbox or sign.
