- Two umpires rooms
- Canteen/kiosk
- Public toilets
- Two first aid rooms
- Storage
First floor
- Accessible lift
- Social room and meeting room
- Kitchen
- Toilets
- Storage
Car parking and pedestrian pathways were also upgraded.
The project was officially opened by Mayor Nathan Conroy and Member for Dunkley Jodie Belyea MP on 18 June 2024, along with representatives from the home clubs.
This is the second pavilion upgrade at Lloyd Park in the past year - the netball pavilion upgrade was opened in October 2023.
