Stiebel Place

In January 2024, a number of upgrades were completed at Stiebel Place in Frankston city centre. 

Upgrades include new public lighting and a colourful ground treatment to brighten the lane. The upgrades create a more welcoming, safe, and accessible space for the community and traders that encourage greater lane usage by pedestrians. 

This project was completed by Frankston City Council in partnership with the Victorian Governments Suburban Revitalisation Program.
