Planning Application Register

The Planning Application Register includes details of past permits and plans listed for a property. 

The register includes data from 1 January 2006. This data is displayed in a predetermined format.

It is a requirement that we provide a register of all Statutory Planning permit applications under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (Vic). We have also considered the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic) and the Subdivision Act 1988 (Vic) to determine what information is included in the register.

Before you access the register

It is important to understand your obligations under the Information Privacy Act, as well as the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth), when collecting or handling information in the register.

The information in the register relates only to applications for planning permits that have been lodged with Council. It does not include information related to a proposed development that does not require a planning permit.

We authorise the register to be used by the enquirer for the sole purpose of obtaining information related to a town planning application. The register must not be used for any other purpose, shared with a third party or used for direct marketing.
