Amend a planning permit under secondary consent

You can apply to make minor modifications to your endorsed plans.

Please read the conditions on your planning permit to make sure you can amend it, including the expiry date.

The Responsible Authority has the right to grant or refuse an application.

If your application is to a permit that was submitted in SPEAR, your request should be submitted online through SPEAR by your land surveyor.

Your application must include: 

  • Details of your planning permit, including permit number and existing conditions.
  • Proposed amendments including a list of individual changes and the reason for these changes.
