Apply for a liquor licence permit

To sell or consume liquor on-premises, you will need a:

You will need to provide a copy of your permit issued by Council, and endorsed plans, when applying for a liquor licence through VCGLR.

We prefer you submit your application online. If you do not want to apply online, you can lodge your application by email or in person.

Online

Step 1.Prepare your application

Your application must include:

  • A complete copy of the Certificate of Title that is no older than 3 months, including any restrictions such as a Section 173 Agreement. You can obtain a Certificate of Title from the Landata website.
  • A Red Line Plan
  • A credit or debit card to pay the relevant fee. This fee is for the lodgement of your application and does not include the cost of giving notice of your application, if required. Note: we are unable to accept an Amex or Diners card online.
