Apply for Traffic Management Plan Approval

A Traffic Management Plan or Pedestrian Management Plan is required for any works that could disrupt traffic or pedestrian flow. It ensures safety, minimizes disruptions, and maintains road network performance. The application process involves submitting a traffic management plan for approval from Engineering Services.

Traffic Management Plan applications are only for assessment if you are not occupying any Council land during your works.  If you believe your works may involve occupying Council land, you must instead submit an Occupation of Road and Council Land for Works Permit  with your Traffic Management Plan you can apply here – Apply for an occupation of road and Council land for works permit - Frankston City Council

For more information, or if you are unsure whether your works involve occupying Council land or a Traffic Management Application, please contact Engineering Services at 1300 322 322.
