About Amendment C152Fran
Amendment C152fran is administrative and seeks to correct clerical errors and amend irregularities within overlays, zones and mapping.
The amendment proposes to:
- Remove seven (7) private land parcels from the Environmental Significance Overlay – Schedule 4 (ESO4);
- Update tree species for 2 Armagh Road, Frankston South in the Environmental Significance Overlay – Schedule 4 (ESO4);
- Remove Significant Landscape Overlay – Schedule 1 (SLO1) from 13 Black Sheoak Place, Langwarrin;
- Update Planning Scheme Maps of two (2) privately owned land parcels in the Heritage Overlay (HO) to reflect the ordinance;
- Correct addresses of two (2) privately owned land parcels in the Heritage Overly (HO);
- Update Planning Scheme Maps to correctly identify 40 Davey Street, Frankston to reflect the Heritage Overlay (HO) ordinance;
- Remove Public Acquisition Overlay – Schedule 2 and 3 from three (3) properties that Council has acquired;
- Apply the Parking Overlay (PO) to whole of 78 Cranbourne Road, Frankston to reflect the Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z);
- Apply the Design and Development Overlay – Schedule 13 to whole of 78 Cranbourne Road, Frankston to reflect the Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z);
- Remove Design and Development Overlay – Schedule 4 from 13 Black Sheoak Place, Langwarrin;
- Rezone three (3) significant municipal roads to Transport Road Zone 3 (TRZ3);
- Rezone three (3) Council owned land parcels to Public Parks and Recreation Zone (PPRZ);
- Rezone one (1) parcel of crown land to Public Conservation and Recreation Zone (PCRZ);
- Rezone ten (10) privately owned land parcels to reflect the current use and private ownership;
- Correct spelling errors in the Significant Landscape Overlay – Schedule 5 (SLO5);
- Correct spelling errors at Clause 15.01-5L Neighbourhood Character;
- Correct a spelling error at Clause Heritage Overlay – Schedule 62 (HO62);
- Delete Special Use Zone – Schedule 3 (SUZ3) from the Planning Scheme; and
- Remove Frankston Safe Boat Harbour from Clause 72.04 Incorporated Documents.
On 1 May 2023, Council resolved to request authorisation of Amendment C152fran from the Minister for Planning and to progress to public exhibition.
