The new Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC), has provided a first class health, fitness and wellness services to the regional community, and offer hours of entertainment and leisure opportunities for children and adults of all ages and abilities.
Frankston City Council in partnership with the Federal and Victorian Governments, has completed the $49.7 million regional centre in Frankston.
